Antikernel Labs has experience designing printed circuit boards ranging from trivial adapters to complex multilayer designs featuring FPGAs and high-speed network interfaces.
We love open source and use KiCAD for PCB schematic design and layout. For fine tuning connector launch transitions, impedance matching, stackup design, crosstalk modeling, and other high-speed design tasks, we use the Sonnet EM field solver.
We firmly believe in getting every design right the first time. Every board, no matter how simple, goes through our design review checklist before manufacture. This review checks for over 120 different potential problems and is constantly growing to ensure the highest possible chance of a successful project.
